This page describes the categories of third-party sub-processors Syntra uses to help deliver the Services, the purpose of each, and how we manage them - a current list of the named entities behind these categories is available on request.
A sub-processor is a third party that Syntra ("we", "us" or "our") engages to process personal data on our behalf in order to help us deliver our platform and AI-powered services (the "Services") to you (the "Customer"). Where we act as your processor, we do so under our Data Processing Addendum, which sets out how we appoint and manage the sub-processors described on this page.
Before we engage a sub-processor, and throughout our relationship with it, we take steps to protect the personal data entrusted to us:
We remain responsible to you for the performance of our sub-processors' obligations.
We group our sub-processors by the role each plays in delivering the Services. The table below describes each category, its purpose, the broad category of data it may process, and the general region in which processing takes place. So that this page stays current and vendor-neutral, we describe each sub-processor by its role rather than by name; the current list of the named entities behind these categories is available on request (see The current named list).
| Sub-processor (role) | Purpose | Data processed | Region |

The categories above reflect the roles a sub-processor may perform. Not every Customer's configuration engages every category - the sub-processors actually used depend on the features you enable and the channels you configure.
We keep an up-to-date list of the named entities that sit behind each category above, together with the specific processing each performs. To request the current list, please email us at hello@syntra.ai. Where you have an agreement with us that requires it, we can also make the list available to you under our Data Processing Addendum.
As the Services evolve, we may add, replace or remove sub-processors. When we do, we will update this page, and where we act as your processor we will provide a way for you to be notified of new or replacement sub-processors before they begin processing personal data on your behalf, so that you have an opportunity to review the change.
Material changes take effect only after the applicable notice period has passed, unless a change is required sooner to maintain the security or lawful operation of the Services.
If you have any questions about our sub-processors, or would like to request the current named list, please contact us:
